How to strengthen the immune system

1, eat rich in vitamin A, C, E food:

Vitamin A, C: repair the skin, mucous membranes, helps the immune system against bacteria and cancer cells. Vitamin E: to avoid the aging of the immune system; such as olive oil.

2, eat less lower fat content of food

3, to avoid over-processed foods with chemical additives or

4, eat less fried and grilled food or tobacco, alcohol and other stimuli

5, moderate exercise



6, seek to relieve the pressure on

7, adequate sleep

8, to maintain good relations between the sexes

9, eat rich in zinc, iron copper food can enhance the immune system
